
This dataset provides information for the urban green spaces monitored every month by a citizen (2021-2022). In a survey app, the citizens systematically report on the vegetation changes, visitors and their activities, and the green space maintenance issues and nuisances. Detailed metadata information is provided. The www.groenparamaribo.org dashboard provided data until Oct 2023. The data were collected for the Tropenbos Suriname and the University of Twente-Faculty Geo-information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) project ‘ (UTSN 31-123-M-G ) and Keeping track of changes towards healthy-living in a green urban Suriname" (project number NWA.1418.20.010).
