Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has been a catalyst for the rapid development of e-commerce and the transition of a significant part of retail to online. Companies have had to quickly re-engineer their business processes to adapt to the new digital reality and maintain their competitive edge in terms of sales volume, active customers and quality of services offered.
