ANALYSIS OF THE HOUSING MARKET IN THE SURKHANDARYA REGION

This article discusses the definitions of housing, the market and the construction market in economics. The functions and problems of the real estate market were highlighted, a statistical analysis of housing construction built in the Surkhandarya region for 2010-2020 was carried out. Recommendations are also given on the development of the housing market. The purpose of the study is to study the housing market.
