Dendritic Spine Counter will be presented at the Society for Neuroscience 2022 Conference in San Diego! We are now featuring a widely requested feature: Spine classification! Dendritic Spine Counter now lets you examine each spine up-close and mark its length, width, and head size. Based on these measurements (as well as the image scale), Dendritic Spine Counter automatically determines the best classification for each spine — stubby, mushroom, thin, or filopodium. Naturally, you can override its automated "decision", and even add your own spine classes. The Results tab lets you export both summary statistics as well as spine-by-spine measurements, and the Calibration tab offers a much more convenient user interface for making sure that your feature detection window is sized properly. Here's where you can find us at SfN2022. Come say hello! Presentation Number: 498.19 Presentation Time: Tue., Nov. 15, 2022 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
