Abstract

Here is availabe the full code of the API used to connect the CNN (developed and reported in doi.org/10.1016/j.ultramic.2021.113338) to the TEM FEI Titan G2 60-300 HOLO present at the Ernst-Ruska centre in Forschungzentrum Julich. The software has also been added to a github repository for easier download of the code: https://github.com/pros2k19/Autoqsort.git CS2-OAMsemicoh_20.h5 is the file with the weight for the various layers of the CNN, CS2-OAMsemicoh_20.json contains the CNN model
