Abstract

Materiales desarrollados para el Taller Datos abiertos de agrobiodiversidad, impartido por CONABIO como parte del Proyecto GEF Agrobiodiversidad Mexicana. Sobre el taller El taller está dirigido a las y los participantes que colaboran en la colecta y generación de datos para integrarse al Sistema de Información sobre Agrobiodiversidad (SIAgroBD). El objetivo de este taller es introducir herramientas y prácticas de datos abiertos relevantes para la investigación sobre agrobiodiversidad y agroecosistemas tradicionales. Se brinda una introducción a habilidades básicas de manejo de datos que prepare a las y los participantes para reusar los datos del SIAgroBD y se resalta la colaboración como principio para la construcción de bases de datos. Presentación del Día 1: Introducción a la investigación abierta y los datos abiertos, principios FAIR. Presentación del Día 2: El ciclo de vida de los datos y portales de datos en CONABIO. Presentación del Día 3: Inspiración para reusar datos abiertos. Plantillas editables de los documentos compartidos usados durante el taller. Reconocimientos Este taller fue diseñado como parte del programa Open Life Science, con la mentoría de Piv Gopalasingam. La organización estuvo inspirada por los talleres de Metadocencia.
