The release of the Monod package (https://github.com/pachterlab/monod) is accompanied by the analysis of several 10X datasets to identify trends in transcriptional regulation mechanisms and parameters. This data deposit contains the copy-number data as well as the results of the Monod inference pipeline. allen_celltypes.tar.gz: raw loom files generated by splitting four Allen brain datasets according to GABAergic and glutamatergic cell type-specific barcodes. gg_220526_021_modelcomp_1.tar.gz: search results and figures from fitting four models to five 10X datasets. gg_220527_021_allen_celltypes_1.tar.gz: search results and figures from fitting four models to the eight Allen brain datasets.
