The purpose of our study was to determine the types of secondary deformations of the dentition that arose as a result of periodontal disease. Having studied the nature of secondary deformations of the dentition, we can say that the most common types of compatible deformations and fan-shaped divergence of teeth. Of the compatible ones, a fan-shaped discrepancy with inclination, rotation and position of the teeth in different variants prevails.
