Abstract

В статье рассматриваются некоторые вопросы использования информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий сети Интернет в совершении преступлений экстремистской направленности, противодействия им. Подробно освещаются особенности новой формы экстремизма на современном этапе развития общества. Даётся характеристика сети Интернет как средства распространения экстремистских материалов и призыва к совершению противоправной деятельности. Раскрываются проблемы правоохранительных органов, касающиеся пропаганды экстремизма посредством информационно-телекоммуникационной сети Интернет. Выделяются основные направления борьбы с проявлениями экстремизма.
