Aquí está contenido el código (para RStudio) usado para el análisis y visualizaciones del artículo Medir el gobierno abierto: la experiencia de la Métrica de Gobierno Abierto en México. El artículo fue enviado a un proceso ciego de dictaminación por pares a la revista Estado, Gobierno y Gestión Pública de la Universidad de Chile. Por esta razón, aún no están indicados los nombres de quien(es) escribe(n).
