Transmilliy korporatsiya (TMK) — xorijiy aktivlarga ega boʻlgan, operatsiyalarining kamida 1/4 qismini mamlakat tashqarisida, oʻzi roʻyxatga olingan chet mamlakatda amalga oshiradigan yirik korporatsiya. Tashkiliy jihatdan bosh kompaniya asosiy kapitalining shoʻʼba korxonalar kapitalida qatnashuvi tamoyiliga asoslanadi.
