Abstract

На основе разработанной технологии был получен сухой экстракт из плодов растения Juniperus communis L.. В лабараторный условях нами было изучено антимикробное действие на основе экстракта растения Juniperus commonus L. под воздействием липосомах: титре клеток тест микроорганизмов 105 КОЕ/мл и 109 КОЕ/мл образец с липосомалный композиции показал высокую антимикробную активность против Candida albicans, диаметр зоны подавления роста составил 12 и 18 мм, Staphylococcus aureus 12 и 14 мм соответственно.
