Abstract Today, the correction of exocrine insufficiency of the pancreas in patients with diabetes mellitus remains one of the most pressing problems of modern gastroenterology, despite sufficient experience in its study. That is why the management of such patients is a difficult task even for experienced doctors and requires an extremely careful approach.
