Сгруппированы меры реализации политики импортозамещения на различных этапах эскалации военного конфликта на примере Донецкой Народной Республики, предложено конкретизация понятия политики импортозамещения для стран с военными конфликтами и экономическими ограничениями. Разработана авторская классификация инструментов импортозамещения и приведена оценка сильных и слабых сторон применения инструментов. The article presents the results of a study of the essence of the import substitution policy. Measures for the implementation of the import substitution policy at various stages of the escalation of the military conflict are grouped on the example of the Donetsk People's Republic, and a concretization of the concept of import substitution policy for countries with military conflicts and economic restrictions is proposed. An author's classification of import substitution tools has been developed and an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the use of tools has been given.
