Abstract

Табиий толалардан тайёрларган яримўтказгичларнинг фундаментал параметрларини аниқлаш; электрўтказувчанлигининг температурага боғлиқлик қонунияларини намоён қилиш; электроникада янги элементларини яратиш; хар хил табиий яримўтказгичли толаларда кечадиган электрон жараёнларнинг механизмларини ўрганиш долзарб илмий муаммолардан ҳисобланади. Ҳали ўрганилмаган «АГУ-112» навли ипак толалари (ИТ) ни турли моддалар билан легирлаб, электрўтказувчанлигини температурага боғлиқлиги хоссаларини текшириш. ИТ ни Al2(SO4)3 ва Cu(SO4) моддалари билан легирлаш технологияси яратиш. 3. Легирланмаган ва легирланган ИТ нинг элекрўтказувчанлиги ҳарорат ортиб бориши билан экспоненциал равишда ортиб бориши кузатиш. абиий толаларнинг электрофизикавий хусусиятларини тадқиқ этишда, электроника соҳасида таркиби янги тузулишда ясалган электрик элементлар яратиш мумкин.
