This dataset contains the associated data, workflow and additional code to prepare the publication of taxalogue. The results of the study can be inspected and reproduced using this data. The benchmark.zip folder contains the code, data, figures and workflow for the Case study of the publication The ref_db_taxalogue.zip contains the code, data, figures and workflow that were used to filter the taxalogue reference database.
