Abstract

Ушбу мақолада глобаллашув шароитида табиий монопол ташкилотлар фаолиятини давлат томонидан тартибга солишнинг институтционал хусусиятлари тадқиқ этилган. Табиий монополияларнинг келиб чиқиш манбаига кўра институционал монополия ва уларнинг тадбиркорлик фаолиятидаги таъсири кўрсатилган. Бозорда рақобат муҳитини шакллантиришнинг институционал жиҳатларини такомиллаштириш бўйича таклиф ва тавсиялар берилган.
