Abstract

Мочевой пузырь травмируется не часто. Кости таза защищают его от большинства внешних сил. Но мочевой пузырь можно травмировать ударами или колющими предметами. Чаще всего они связаны с переломом костей таза. Своевременная оценка и надлежащее управление имеют решающее значение для достижения наилучших результатов. Мочевой пузырь представляет собой шаровидный орган, в котором хранится моча, вырабатываемая почками. Он удерживается на месте тазовыми мышцами в нижней части живота. Когда он не наполнен, мочевой пузырь расслаблен. Мышцы стенки мочевого пузыря позволяют ему расширяться по мере наполнения мочой. Нервные сигналы в вашем мозгу сообщают вам, что ваш мочевой пузырь наполняется. Затем вы чувствуете потребность пойти в ванную. Мозг говорит мышцам мочевого пузыря сжиматься (или «сокращаться»). Это вытесняет мочу из вашего тела через уретру.
