Abstract

Mustaqil O‘zbekistonda fuqarolar, ayniqsa talaba-yoshlar huquqiy savodxonligi, huquqiy madaniyati va ma’naviyatini yuksaltirish demokratik huquqiy davlat qurish va adolatli fuqarolik jamiyatini shakllantirish jarayonida g‘oyat muhim va dolzarb ahamiyat kasb etadi.
