This is a Data package containing Datasets and Codes to reproduce the analyses and create figures for the paper Purgar et al. 2022: Quantifying research waste in ecology. Datasets include the original effect sizes as extracted from studies and the final set of the effect sizes used in the meta-analysis. The code includes the code used to perform meta-analysis and to create plots (in the main article and the supplementary files). Description of the files and variables can be found in the Readme file.
