Abstract

This document is a report on the PUBLISH installations operation activity after one year of operation, including a detailed set of indicators.The following services were considered within the report:•Amnesia•Argos•Episciences•ZenodoThe report is split into several sections covering services description, definition of KPIs, acquired KPI values, rationale for choosing Virtual Access indicators, acquisition methodology and measurement time period coverage. Any deviations regarding the KPIs definitions, their coverage and potential problems with reaching the success target were described in detail in the “Deviations of VA tables and KPIs” section.
