Abstract

Мазкур мақола ёшлар тарбиясининг долзарб муаммоларидан бири –соғлом турмуш тарзи асосида ёшларни мустақил оилавий ҳаётга тайёрлашга бағишланган. Мақоладан ёшларни мустақил оилавий ҳаётга тайёрлаш учун оилада соғлом наслни яратиш, никоҳ олди тиббий кўрикдан ўтишнинг афзалликлари, жисмоний тарбияси масалалари, саломатлик борасида оила анъаналарига қўйилган талабларнинг ҳисобга олиниши ва уни тўғри ташкил этишга эришиш йўллари аниқ кўрсатиб ўтилган.
