Comments: S. lebasii was originally described by Mannerheim (1837), who assigned the authorship of this species to Dejean, but it actually belongs to Mannerheim (1837), who wrote the description. It was described from a specimen sent to C. G. von Mannerheim by M. Le Comte Dejean, which was collected in “ Nova Granada; ad Sta. Fé di Bogota.” by M. Lebas, to whom the species was dedicated. The lectotype housed at the MZHF is labelled as “ St. Fé di Bogota ” (Dejean leg.).
