Curtin Open Knowledge Initiative CAUL/CONZUL Institutional Dashboard Feedback Report, May 2020

Abstract

This reports on a feedback survey of the Curtin Open Knowledge Initiative (COKI) dashboard providing institutional summary data relating to open access for research output, publishers, journals, funders; research collaboration; events (altmetric) data; and staff gender diversity data for universities in Aotearoa/New Zealand and Australia. In March 2020, COKI undertook a research project to evaluate the dashboard data, structure and interface. We invited members of CAUL (Council of Australian University Librarians) and CONZUL (Council of New Zealand University Librarians)to register to view the dashboard data for their individual institutions, and to participate in an online survey with optional follow up telephone interview to provide feedback on the data analysis and the dashboard functionality.
