Raw patient esophageal OCT labelled scans available for segmentation and dysplasia classification. The link contains an executable which will download the scan data on your local system Download the raw datasets: Mac OS: - IRIS, CAD/STUDY1, CAD/STUDY2 Ubuntu:- IRIS, CAD/STUDY1, CAD/STUDY2 *NOTE :- aws cli is required to download the datasets. Please refer to this for steps to install aws cli using pip
