Abstract

O presente artigo cientifico abordou o que foi explanado no decorrer do curso de Engenharia Civil, referente a estudo de comportamento de materiais construtivos e sua melhor adequação para formar um projeto, com o foco de estudar o comportamento e vantagens da utilização do concreto armado como método construtivo em residências unifamiliares populares com fundamentos em desenvolvimento socioeconômico e ambiental da sociedade em geral, demostrando novos métodos construtivos na área da engenharia civil e as vantagens do uso do concreto armado. Neste sentido, em relação a necessidade atual com o aumento no déficit habitacional, faz-se necessário o estudo de materiais com tecnologia construtiva, agredindo menos ao meio ambiente e com maior velocidade de execução. Levou-se em consideração os critérios normativos abordados, principalmente, na NBR 6184:2014, Projeto de estruturas de concreto Procedimento, acompanhando as características do método construtivo escolhido com as especificações técnicas do concreto armado e seus comportamentos. São apresentadas durante ao decorrer do artigo as características e paramentos iniciais de projeto estrutural, paredes de concreto armado como vedações, formas utilizadas e que poderão ser reutilizadas diminuindo assim a agressividade ambiental referente a construção civil. Isto posto, foi realizado uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o método construtivo de concreto armado, demostrando sua viabilidade sustentável e econômica, metodologia e, principalmente, as principais características. Por fim, será apontado as vantagens e desvantagens do método, bem como as facilidades e dificuldades da implementação do sistema construtivos de concreto armado em residências populares.
