Abstract

This repository contain metagenomic data. In particular: sample*.fastq represents three metagenomic samples (A, B and C); human_microbiome_dataset.Rdata, contains the taxonomic profiles for 124 patients measured 4 times each; study1*, are the tax. profiles and metadata for a colorectal cancer study with 120 patients; study2*, are the tax. profiles and metadata for a colorectal cancer study with 146 patients;
