GAMES AND CHALLENGES OF LINGUISTIC DYNAMISM IN THE SAHRAOUI URBAN SPACE: CASE OF THE CITY OF LAAYOUNE Starting from the city of Laâyoune as an urban entity constituting our field of investigation, our communication aims to detect the effect of the urbanization of this city on the process of appropriation of space, of its linguistic and identity marking. The study will focus on a sociolinguistic analysis of commercial signs, considered as one of the ideal supports for observing and questioning the linguistic and socio-cultural heterogeneity and plurality of urban space, which can reflect a true urban identity of the city, and make this space a social environment inscribed in a permanent and ever-developing sociolinguistic dynamic.
