Abstract

Obtaining Variants This page contains a PDF based tutorial that outlines the approaches that can be used to identify variants using CView. Further details about the software can be obtained from our manuscript CView: A network based tool for enhanced alignment visualization. Other Tutorials A general demonstration of CView usage in the form of an mp4 movie is available here.
