Implementation of the method in the paper "Limit cycle analysis of a class of hybrid gene regulatory networks" in Python (notebook). The hybrid model used in this work comes from the paper "Cornillon, E., Comet, J. P., Bernot, G., & Enée, G. (2016). Hybrid gene networks: a new framework and a software environment. advances in Systems and Synthetic Biology." Objective of this method is to find automatically limit cycles in this class of hybrid dynamical system and analyze their stability. Some hybrid models are provided in these files: A hybrid model of negative feedback loop in 2 dimensions. (celerity2d.csv) Three hybrid models of negative feedback loop in 3 dimensions. (celerity3d1.csv; celerity3d2.csv; celerity3d3.csv) A hybrid model of cell cycle in mammals in 5 dimensions, parameters are generated based on the paper "Behaegel, J., Comet, J. P., Bernot, G., Cornillon, E., & Delaunay, F. (2016). A hybrid model of cell cycle in mammals. Journal of bioinformatics and computational biology, 14(01), 1640001." (celerity5d.csv)
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
