Abstract

Ensemble de données inclus en tant que matériel supplémentaire de l'article intitulé https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4914750. Il contient la distance phylogénétique, géographique et environnementale pour les oiseaux et les chauves-souris, les comptes de l'incidence de Plasmodium relictum sur les oiseaux, les comptes de l'incidence du virus du Nil occidental sur les oiseaux et les comptes de l'incidence du coronavirus chez les chauves-souris, et la sensibilité calculée par l'algorithme de forêt aléatoire. Nous incluons également les scripts r pour exécuter les modèles et les sorties des modèles après 1000 exécutions.

Conjunto de datos incluido como material complementario del documento titulado https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4914750. Contiene la distancia filogenética, geográfica y ambiental para aves y murciélagos, los recuentos de incidencia de Plasmodium relictum en aves, los recuentos de incidencia del virus del Nilo Occidental en aves y los recuentos de incidencia de coronavirus en murciélagos, y la susceptibilidad calculada por el algoritmo de bosque aleatorio. También incluimos los scripts r para ejecutar los modelos y las salidas de los modelos después de 1000 ejecuciones.

Dataset included as supplementary material of the paper entitled https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4914750. It contains phylogenetic, geographical and environmental distance for birds and bats, counts of incidence of Plasmodium relictum on birds, counts of incidence of West Nile Virus on birds and counts of incidence of coronavirus in bats, and susceptibility calculated by the random forest algorithm. Also we include the r scripts to run the models, and the outputs of the models after 1000 runs.
