Formas de apropiación bioeconómica de los bienes comunes

Abstract

Colombia ha padecido un largo conflicto armado cuyas mortales y devastadoras consecuencias se han cargado sobre los hombros de la población más vulnerable. Las más afectadas han sido las mujeres, quienes han desplegado sus fuerzas para avanzar en la construcción de paz y la convivencia. La guerra ha contribuido a configurar el modo bioeconómico del poder sobre la vida y, con sus megaproyectos extractivos, ha creado nuevos territorios para el libre mercado. Estas estrategias expulsan numerosas comunidades de sus lugares y afectan en forma severa los ecosistemas. Al mismo tiempo, se hacen cada vez más intensas las expresiones de resistencia social y se ligan a la emergencia de territorios para la vida, a la conservación y ampliación de los bienes comunes y a la reconstrucción de las relaciones que fueron destruidas por la guerra y por formas voraces del mercado trasnacional vinculado al extractivismo.
