Hind femur 4.0× as long as wide. Fore wing with vein r 1.2× as long as stigma width. First metasomal tergite 3,7–4,3× as long as apical width. Mexico ........................................................................................ Coelinius carmenae Figueroa, Sánchez & Kula (♀, ♂) - Head spherical or transversal in dorsal view (about as long as wide or wider than long, as Figs 9, 12, 15, 21). Hind femur 4.5–4.9× as long as wide. Fore wing with vein r 0.4–0.6× as long as stigma width.
