Abstract

This Zenodo repository archives code and analysis for a manuscript that uses citizen science data to parse the role of climate and land cover on avian occupancy across the Western Ghats. This repository should be considered along with https://github.com/vjjan91/eBirdOccupancy. This version, v3.3, contains an updated READMe.md, reorganization of the data/, results/, and figs/ folder for ease of reproducibility.
