Abstract

XXI asrda dunyo murakkab davrda siyosiy manfaatlar to’qnashuvida tinchlik va xavfsizlikni axborat makoni va ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda turli saytlar tamonidan uzatilayotgan ma’lumotlarga bog’lanib qoldi. Liviyaning vatanparvar rahbarlarlaridan polkovnik Muammar al-Qazzofiy qilingan yolg’on ma’lumotlar tuxmat va fitnalar haqida yoritilgan.
