Uloga dijagnostičkog centra u upravljanju održavanjem, kvarovima i opremom

Abstract

U radu je objašnjena uloga dijagnostičkog centra u daljinskom nadzoru proizvodnih i eksploatacionih parametara u elektroprivredi u cilju upravljanja održavanjem (MMS), kvarovima (OMS) i opremom (AMS). Formiranje ovakvog centra, uz primenu modernih teorija upravljanja i složenih sistema daljinskog nadzora, treba da donese višestruku korist elektroenergetskom sektoru u celini. Pored konvencionalnih metoda nadzora, praćenja, održavanja, ispitivanja i merenja koja se sprovode nad opremom instaliranom u proizvodnim, prenosnim i distriburivnim pogonima, neophodno je primeniti nove metode upravljanja, nadzora i kontrole koje najčešće podrazumevaju jednovremeno praćenje više relevantnih parametara. Pored povezanih sistema daljinskog nadzora, SCADA sistema i telekomunikacione opreme, koji omogućavaju praćenje navedenih parametara, od vitalne važnosti su obrada i analiza dobijenih podataka sa ciljem donošenja blagovremenih odluka i rešenja, kako u incidentnim situacijama, tako i u proceni stanja. Ekonomske analize, koje je moguće sprovesti na osnovu pravovremenih podataka o stanju opreme, tehnoloških procesa i pojedinih resursa (hidropotencijal, ugalj sa aspekta rudnika, ugalj sa aspekta transporta, vetar, broj sunčanih dana...), predstavljaju bitna polazišta za aspekte kao što su predviđanja, procene, analize i planiranja koja direktno utiču na ekonomske parametre tržišta električne energije.
