Aktuelne merne metode za AM, dijagnostiku i održavanje energetskih transformatora

Abstract

U ovom radu je dat prikaz niza savremenih mernih i dijagnostičkih metoda, koje se primenjuju na energetskim transformatorima. U pregledu mernih metoda je osnovna pažnja posvećena njihovoj primeni u cilju analize prednosti i mana pojedinih metoda i njihove primene u smislu integrisanja i unapređenja koncepcije upravljanja dobrima (AM) sa aspekta energetskih transformatora. Korist od primena novih mernih metoda se ogleda u unapređenju održavanja, prelasku sa starih koncepcija održavanja po periodici na nove koncepcije održavanja po stanju, bržoj i efikasnijoj dijagnostici stanja, tačnijoj proceni stanja i životnog veka energetskih transformatora. Ne mali deo on-line, ali i off-line metoda su i in-situ metode, što omogućava merenje i analizu velikog broja proizvodnih i eksploatacionih parametara transformatora u realnom vremenu u realnim pogonima i realnim uslovima. Proces deregulacije tržišta električne energije je višedecenijski trend u razvijenim zemljama, a uloga AM-a je jedna od ključnih sa aspekta upravljanja, kako proizvodnjom, prenosom i distribucijom, tako i prilikom uvođenja novih tržišnih subjekata, a sve sa ciljem smanjenja cena električne energije, podizanja pouzdanosti proizvodnje i prenosa i stvaranja uslova za ravnopravnu utakmicu u tržišnom poslovanju. Nove merne metode u sadejstvu sa koncepcijom AM-a imaju za cilj da smanje troškove održavanja i daju tačniju procenu stanja energetskih transformatora kao najskupljih komponenti u širokoj lepezi elektroenergetske opreme.
