Savremen pristup upravljanja održavanjem i otkazima u elektroenergetskom sistemu

Abstract

U Elektroenergetskom sistemu Srbije, kao tehniĉki složenom i prostorno distribuiranom sistemu sa slojevitom organizacionom i upravljaĉkom strukturom i u uslovima poslovanja na tržištu koje gravitira većoj liberalizaciji, veoma je bitno kontrolisano i stalno uvoditi novine koje prate, kako tehniĉku modernizaciju i proširenje proizvodnih kapaciteta, tako i nove strategije upravljanja održavanjem (MMS), otkazima (OMS) i opremom (AMS). U radu je prikazan okvir jedinstvene strategije kroz sintezu više modernih teorija koje su direktno ili indirektno primenjive u MMS-u, OMS-u i AMS-u. Detaljno su prikazane i za potrebe EES-a prilagođene strategije upravljanja dobrima (AM) i upravljanja rizicima (RM). Analizirane su strategije donošenja odluka na bazi drugih teorija. S obzirom da su profit i održavanje u veĉitom sukobu, predložen je okvirni pristup koji treba da izbalansira ova dva zahteva, ali i da unapredi pomenute strategije sa ciljem unapređenja poslovanja EES-a uvažavajući potrebe za energetskom efikasnošću i energetski održivom razvoju.
