Abstract

Annotatsiya: Tezis axborot xavfsizligi va inson huquqlari o’rtasidagi munosabatlarning dolzarb muammosiga bag’ishlangan. Zamonaviy texnologiyalarning ta’siri,birinchi navbatda,shaxsiy huquqlar sohasida namoyon bo’ladi, ular orasida shaxsiy daxlsizlik huquqi alohida o’rin tutadi. Texnologiyalarni takomillashtirish,shuningdek,uning tarkibiy qismlaridan biri sifatida davlatning milliy xavfsizligi va axborot xavfsizligiga yangi taxdidlarning paydo bo’lishiga olib keladi. Ularni himoya qilish zarurati shaxsiy daxlsizlik huquqini cheklsh uchun asos bo’ladi.
