ДИАГНОСТИКА И ПРОГНОЗИРОВАНИЕ КРУПНОГО ПЛОДА У БЕРЕМЕННЫХ

Abstract

Частота родов крупным плодом, по данным литературных источников, в последние годы составляет 4,5–20 %. Роды плодом с массой тела 4000–4500 г наблюдаются в 7,6 %, 4500–5000 г - в 1,2 %, 5000 г и более — в 0,2 % случаев. Высокие показатели асфиксии (9,2–34,2 %), родового травматизма (10,9–24 %) при родах крупным плодом через естественные родовые пути имеют большое медицинское и, несомненно, социальное значение. Одной из важнейших причин, определяющих уровень заболеваемости детей, родившихся крупными, является диспропорция между размерами головки и тазом матери в родах . Частота клинически узкого таза варьирует от 7,9 до 12,1% к общему числу родов, доля крупного плода в структуре данного осложнения составляет 48%
