Мазкур мақолада муаллиф жазо тайинлашда рағбатлантирувчи нормаларни қўллашнинг ўзига хос жиҳатларига доир масалаларни баён этган.Шунингдек, мақолада Жиноят қонунчилигида рағбатлантирувчи нормаларни такомиллаштириш юзасидан олимларнинг фикрларини таҳлил этиб, тегишли таклиф ва тавсиялар берган.
