Abstract

Les tumeurs cardiaques foetales sont rares, la plupart sont benignes dont les rhabdomyomes sont les plus frequents , il est souvent de bon pronostic mais ils peuvent entrainer des complications foetales graves, notamment des arythmies, lanasarquefoetalvoir même la mort foetal in utero . Les rhabdomyomes cardiaques peuvent êtresoit unique ou multiple , les rhabdomyomes cardiaques multiples sont souvent associes a la sclerose tubereuse de Bourneville (STB) . Nous rapportons un cas des rhabdomyomes cardiaques multiples decouvert au cours de la grossesse chez une parturiente en debut du travail, laccouchement a eu lieu par voie basse donnant naissance a un nouveau-nede sexe masculin dont le diagnostic des rhabdomyomes cardiaques multiples a ete confirme par une echocardiographie en post natal et lexamen physique a revele de multiples macules hypomelaniques disseminees sur le tronc et la cuisse droite. selon les critères de consensus revises de diagnostic clinique de STB de 2012 Le diagnostic de la STB a ete retenu.
