Аnnotatsiya - Mamlakatimizda milliy hunarmandchilik, xalq badiiy va amaliy sanʼatini rivojlantirish, bu orqali xalqimizning boy madaniy merosi va tarixiy anʼanalarini toʼliq saqlab qolish, band boʼlmagan aholini, ayniqsa yoshlar, ayollar va kam taʼminlangan oilalarni hunarmandchilikka keng jalb etish orqali ularning ish bilan bandligini taʼminlash bizning asl maqsadimiz.
