PENGARUH ERC, ROE, DAN DER TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara kualitas laba yang diproksikan dengan earning response coefficient (ERC), kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan return on equity (ROE) dan struktur modal yang diproksikan dengan debt to equity ratio (DER) terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang terdiri dari 23 perusahaan sektor pariwisata Sub-Sektor Hotel, Restoran, dan Pariwisata yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2017-2020. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara ERC dengan harga saham; tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara ROE dengan harga saham; tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara DER dengan harga saham.
