This is the first official release of HAMR. The release includes support for CUDA, HIP, and OpenMP. This release also contains support for C++ to/from Python data management capabilities via NumPy, Numba, and CuPy. The release has been tested with NVIDIA HPC SDK 11.6, NVIDIA CUDA 11.6, and AMD ROCm 5.0.1.
