La retroalimentación como estrategia para la sistematización de las buenas prácticas en docentes practicantes

Abstract

La retroalimentación educativa permite la expresión abierta de opiniones, juicios, recomendaciones, etc., sobre el proceso de enseñanza para subsanar, errores y debilidades; afirmar aciertos y fortalezas, a la vez que permite desarrollar mejores competencias en los docentes practicantes durante la interacción cotidiana con sus estudiantes. Por ello, se realiza esta investigación con el objetivo de demostrar la influencia de la retroalimentación en la sistematización de las prácticas educativas exitosas que se realizan a distancia debido a la pandemia por COVID-19. La muestra estuvo conformada por 50 estudiantes de dos secciones distintas (25 para el grupo control y 25 para el grupo experimental) del noveno ciclo de la especialidad de Niñez Temprana de la Facultad de Educación Inicial (FEI) de una Universidad Pública. Para la recolección de los datos se elaboró una ficha de sistematización de la experiencia o de buena práctica educativa ad hoc, que evalúa el desarrollo pedagógico en cuatro aspectos de la práctica: objetivos, procesos, resultados y logros. Los resultados revelaron que cuanta más presencia tenga la retroalimentación, mejor son los resultados en la elaboración de la sistematización de la experiencia educativa. Se concluye, por tanto, que la retroalimentación a distancia es una estrategia viable para lograr propósitos académicos que implican desarrollar actividades cognitivas más complejas por parte de los estudiantes universitarios.
