A subset dataset of COVID-19 Blood Atlas for CellDrift input. The original data can be found in this paper: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2022.01.012. We did subsetting on the data and extracted 116,124 cells covering 8 disease conditions, 6 PBMC cell types and a series of time points (days since onset) ranging from day 0 to day 25.
