Abstract

137. Anteon xuexini Xu, He & Olmi, 2001 (Plate 50B) Anteon xuexini Xu, He & Olmi 2001a: 6; He & Xu 2002: 178. Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.4–3.7 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and small frontal area near clypeus testaceous; antenna testaceous, except segments 6–10 darkened; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs yellow. In specimen from China, Mt. Wuyishan, metasoma brown-testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 19:11:21:21:18:17.5:16:15:15:21.5. Head shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; frontal line incomplete, only present in front of anterior ocellus; POL = 8; OL = 5; OOL = 12.5; OPL = 8; TL = 10.5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (4:8); occipital carina complete. In specimen from China, Mt. Wuyishan, frontal line absent. Pronotum dull, rugose, with posterior surface shorter than anterior surface (9:12 and shorter than scutum (9:24); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum and scutellum shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 length of scutum (in specimen from China, Mt. Wuyishan, notauli incomplete and reaching about 0.7 length of scutum). Metanotum dull, reticulate rugose. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area rugose, with smooth central area. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein slightly longer than proximal part (17:15). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 20:5:6.5:11.5:30. Enlarged claw (Plate 50B) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 50B) with two rows of 19 (2 + 17) lamellae (in holotype) or 26 lamellae (in specimen from China, Mt. Wuyishan); distal apex with five lamellae (in holotype) or 15 lamellae (in specimen from China, Mt. Wuyishan). Tibial spurs 1/1/2. Male. Unknown. Material examined. Type: holotype ♀: CHINA: Zhejjiang, Mt. Tianmushan, 13.VI.1998, Xuexin Chen leg. (ZJUC). Other material. CHINA: Fujian, Mt. Wuyishan, 20.VII.1989, Xiufu Zhao leg., 1♀ (ZJUC). Hosts. Unknown. Distribution. China (Zhejjiang, Fujian).
