Abstract

El presente trabajo consiste en un diagnóstico con perspectiva psicosocial del Clima Organizacional, bajo el Modelo Litwin y Stringer en una Institución Educativa de Posgrado, se desarrolla una síntesis de los enfoques del concepto de C.O., así como algunos factores. Mediante la aplicación de una encuesta tipo Likert a los colaboradores, se obtiene información que cumple con el objetivo de retroalimentar a la dirección, permitiéndoles conocer la percepción que los individuos tienen de lo que “Se es”, “Se hace” y “Se espera” en la institución, identificando un alto sentido de pertenecía y cooperación entre los miembros del equipo, se recomienda: Implementar la formación y el desarrollo profesional mediante un programa de capacitación; una metodología de reuniones efectivas para fortalecer la comunicación asertiva y disminuir la burocracia, así como un programa de incentivos que incluya motivación intrínseca y extrínseca, finalmente fomentar una cultura de la evaluación sobre su desempeño.
