IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE REGIÕES CORPORAIS DOLOROSAS EM MANICURES DA ZONA OESTE

Abstract

Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar as regiões corporais dolorosas em manicures que atuam na zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro. Participaram do estudo 20 manicures, sendo 10 atuantes em salões de beleza e 10 que trabalham em casa. A pesquisa foi feita através do questionário de Mcgill para avaliar o tipo de dor, nesse mesmo questionário foi utilizado duas figuras de um corpo humano na posição anatômica na vista anterior e posterior para a realização da marcação dos pontos dolorosos e a Escala Analógica da dor. Das 20 manicures entrevistadas 99,93 relataram sentir dor em alguma região do corpo. As regiões mais dolorosas foram coluna 27,02%, Músculo Trapézio superior 13,51%,cabeça, coluna lombar e punho 8.1%. Conclusão: A manicure em sua grande maioria não tem nenhum programa preventivo e condições ergométricas ideais de trabalho, incluindo a postura incorreta que favorece o aparecimento de pontos dolorosos, que certamente irão prejudica-la no desempenho profissional. Entretanto faz-se necessário um maior universo amostral a fim de constatar mais precisamente regiões dolorosas assim como programas para essas profissionais.

This study aimed to identify this painful body regions in manicures that work in western Rio de Janeiro. The study included 20 manicures, being active in 10 salons and 10 who work at home . The research was undertaken by the McGill questionnaire to assess the type of pain that same questionnaire two figures of a human body in anatomical position was used in anterior and posterior view to achieving the marking of tender points and Analogue Pain Scale . Of the 20 interviewed manicures 99.93 reported pain in some part of the body . The most painful spine regions were 27.02%, 13.51 % upper trapezius muscle , head, spine and wrist 8.1 %. Conclusion : A manicure mostly do not have any preventive program and ideal ergonomic working conditions, including the incorrect posture that favors the onset of tender points , which will certainly affect her job performance . However it is necessary to a larger sample universe in order to determine more precisely painful areas as well as programs for these professionals. Keyword: LER / DORT, Manicures, posture
